How I Work
Working inside the project
I work as part of the project, not as an external observer.
My approach combines strategic design, operational structure and execution.
I adapt my role to the stage and complexity of each initiative, working alongside management and local teams.
Local presence when required
In many countries I operate through local project companies, taking legal representation when needed.
This allows me to manage cross‑border constraints directly, maintain alignment with local stakeholders and ensure accountability throughout the project.
Skin in the game
When relevant, I take a minority equity stake in the project.
It aligns interests, reinforces commitment and reflects the fact that I work inside the project, not around it.
Success or failure is shared — I do not operate with the distance of a traditional consultancy.
Structure, coordination and delivery
My focus is on structure, coordination and delivery across countries, suppliers and financial flows.
This includes aligning teams, clarifying responsibilities and ensuring that execution follows the strategic intent.
Complex projects require complex solutions — not templates or generic frameworks.
Working in complex environments
I work in countries where projects face operational, regulatory or geopolitical constraints.
These contexts require structure, clarity and accountability — qualities that define my way of working.
I am comfortable operating where execution is difficult and where projects demand a higher level of involvement and responsibility.
